Built Different. Run Different.
Three reasons drivers across the Fraser Valley book their auto repair services Abbotsford with us — and stay with us for the next vehicle, and the one after that.
Owner Does The Work
Most shops have you talking to a service writer who doesn’t touch tools. Here, Jag personally diagnoses and works on every vehicle that comes through the bay door.
Real Diagnostic Equipment
OEM-spec scan tools, manufacturer-specific software, live data analysis — the same tier of equipment dealerships use, without the dealership markup or upsell pressure.
Honest Diagnostic Process
Diagnose first, quote second, repair third. If we get the diagnosis wrong, we eat the cost of the wrong part — that’s a guarantee built into how we operate, not marketing copy.
According to Transport Canada data, the average vehicle on Canadian roads is now over 12 years old — making the choice of shop more important than ever. Picking a Red Seal certified mechanic over a high-pressure dealership service department can extend your vehicle’s useful life by years.
The Price Board.
No hidden fees. No “shop supplies” mystery charges. The number we tell you on the phone is the number on your invoice.
Quick Answers Before You Book.
Do I need an appointment for an auto repair service?
For oil changes and quick services we can sometimes fit walk-ins same-day. For diagnostics, brake jobs, or anything that needs hoist time, please book ahead so we can guarantee a bay and turn your vehicle around the same day. Booking ahead also gives us time to confirm parts pipeline for your specific vehicle, which means less waiting once you arrive.
What does the $39.99 inspection actually include?
A full diagnostic scan with live data, plus a multi-point physical inspection on the hoist where we check brakes, suspension, fluid leaks, drive belts, and tire condition. If you authorize the repair afterward, the $39.99 is credited back to your invoice — so the inspection effectively becomes free if you proceed with the work. If you don’t proceed, you’ve paid $40 for an honest professional opinion, which is worth every penny.
Will service here void my factory warranty?
No. Canadian and US consumer protection law allows you to have preventative maintenance and qualified repairs done at any certified independent shop without affecting your factory warranty. We keep meticulous service records on file in case anyone ever questions your warranty claim — that documentation protects you against any “unauthorized service” pushback from a dealership down the line.
Do you service all makes and models?
Yes. Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles — Ford, GM, Ram, Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, and more. For specialty European brands or hybrids, give us a call ahead so we can confirm parts availability for your specific model and year. Most modern vehicles share underlying systems, but parts pipelines and software access vary, so a quick call saves time on both ends.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are same-day. Bigger jobs (engine internal work, major drivetrain) can take 2–5 business days depending on parts availability and complexity. We always give you a realistic timeline up front and update you if anything changes — no leaving you wondering when you’ll get your vehicle back.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes — 12 months / 20,000 km parts and labour for almost all repairs. Specialty parts (rebuilt transmissions, etc.) carry their own manufacturer warranty which we pass through to you. If something fails inside the warranty window, you bring it back and we make it right at no charge — that’s how an honest shop should operate, and how we plan to keep operating.
