What We Collect

When you send the booking form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, your vehicle, the service you’re asking about, a preferred day if you pick one, and your message.

If you use the Maintenance Calendar, the year, make, model, engine and kilometres you enter are worked out in your own browser. They aren’t sent to us unless you choose to book, in which case they’re carried over into the booking form so you don’t have to type them twice.

If you call the shop, we see your phone number like any business would.

How We Use It

We use your details to reply to you, book your appointment, quote the work and keep a record of your visit. That’s it.

• We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don’t add you to a mailing list from the booking form.
• We only share details when the job needs it, like ordering a part for your vehicle, or when the law requires it.

Services That Help Run The Site

A few outside services are involved in running this website:

• Email delivery: booking form messages are sent by email to the shop’s Gmail inbox, which is run by Google.
• Fonts: the site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens.
• Map: the map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.

Cookies And Tracking

At the time of writing, this website doesn’t run advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we’ll update this page. The Maintenance Calendar uses your browser’s temporary session storage to carry your vehicle into the booking form, and that clears when you close the tab.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once we no longer need it for your vehicle’s service record. Call the shop at (604) 743-1928, send a note through the contact form, or ask at the counter.
